- Our sales and technical staff keep up to date with the latest developments and technology so that we can recommend the right lubricant for any piece of machinery.
- We provide a lubrication survey service that offers customers a detailed listing of the lubrication requirements of plant and/or equipment, together with recommendations on which lubricants to use.
- We trouble shoot and are on hand to make a diagnosis of equipment failures and recommendations on how to prevent them from happening again.

Lubrication Schedules
A lubrication survey involves the provision of a detailed listing of lubrication requirements of the plant and/or equipment together with recommendations of the lubricants to use. The survey provides the customer with a single document relating to the lubrication of his plant and allows for the rationalisation of the number of different lubricants required.
Trouble Shooting
Our trouble shooting service offers customers a diagnosis of equipment failures and the prevention of their recurrence. It entails a comprehensive analysis of the operation and operating conditions as well as the application of the lubricant. For warrantee claims we can consult with independent experts in their respective fields.
Technical Training
Indy Oil SA offers lubrication training for its customers. Courses can be designed to meet the customer's requirements and a variety of technical topics can be covered. These courses aim to provide customers and their staff with knowledge about our products, lubrication in general, lubricant selection, application and equipment maintenance.
Laboratory services
Indy Oil has a well-equipped laboratory to monitor the quality of our products during manufacture and to develop new products. For routine and predictive oil analysis, we have access to independent laboratories.
Product Development
Product development processes are well developed within Indy Oil and we can custom design products to specific requirements. We offer a rapid response to new customer requirements and use only the most technologically advanced chemistry available.
HSE & Product Stewardship
Environmental awareness features high on our agenda and as a result we offer an HSE & Product Stewardship service on all our products. This involves giving information safety matters associated with the use of our products and suggest precautions required to handle and dispose of the product.
