New production capabilities at the facility also include a blow moulding machine for the in-house manufacture of our Indy Oil bottles and a state of the art lubricant analysis laboratory, a critical part of both quality control and product development.

 

 

Our products go through rigorous testing to ensure they deliver in even the most extreme environments.  Our labs have the resources to conduct 35 different tests on our products. These tests include Spectral Characterisation, Odour Appearance, Moisture Content, Metals Analysis, Emulsion Stability and Performance Testing like CCS Stress Testing. Indy Oil products are SABS ISO 9001-2008 certified and exceed all global industry specifications (API, ACEA & JASO). Indy Oil products are formulated to meet the requirements of major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMS) including AUDI, Volkswagen, Caterpillar, Cummins, MAN, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.
