Flake Roller Grease

Description

Indy Flake Roller grease is made using a blend of high quality petroleum oils and polymers, which produce a tough lubricating film capable of withstanding shock and vibration. This product is designed for heavy-duty service in adverse environments. This blend, together with a shear stable thickening system, provides a uniquely effective seal against loss of grease or contamination from the atmosphere, even where mechanical seals may be damaged. Rust and oxidation inhibiting characteristics are maximized to affords effective rush protection and long life of grease.

Application

Indy Flake Roller grease is recommended for use in ball and roller bearings, slides, bushings, screws and general lubrication, even where loads may be quite heavy and speeds slow. This grease offers durable resistance to the severe environments of the mining, construction and forest products industries.
Note: This product is not compatible with inorganic base greases. Lubrication intervals should be increased gradually to ensure complete removal of previous lubricants and the establishment of the surface layer of this grease
