Lubricants Industrial Neat Cutting & Forming Indy Broach 555
INDY Broach 555 is a solvent-refined mineral oil blend heavily fortified with added fat and chlorinated extreme pressure additives. It is developed specially for arduous operations on difficult to machine materials.
INDY Broach 555 is recommended for severe operations on difficult to machine alloys. These operations include vertical and horizontal broaching, gear cutting, tapping and other precision form tool operations on high nickel alloys such as Nimonic, Minel, stainless steels, high duty bronzes and alloy steels. INDY Broach 555 is also used for rapid broaching and boring operations on austentic steels. It is not suitable for use on aluminium.
