Lubricants Industrial Soluble Cutting Oils Indy Foam Regulator
INDY Foam Regulator is an antifoaming agent for tankside use in aqueous metal working fluids. It effectively controls foam formed in metal working fluids due to excessive coolant aeration, contamination of the coolant, bacterial activity, etc.
The recommended dosage rate of INDY Foam Regulator is 0.03% or 300 ppm. 1 lt of the emulsion treats 3000 lt of coolant. INDY Foam Regulator is added directly to the coolant closest to the circulating pump. The foam should subside within minutes from the product added to the coolant and allowed to mix thoroughly. Call for Technical Assistance should the foam persist after the addition of the prescribed dosage rate. Care should be taken not to over-treat the system with antifoam.
