Lubricants Industrial Neat Cutting & Forming Indy Spark Erosion Fluid
INDY Spark Erosion Fluid is a low viscosity semi-synthetic oil for use in electrical discharge machines. It is manufactured from highly refined Group III base stocks. Its dielectric properties provide controlled discharge characteristics while the low viscosity provides good fluidity through the spark gap, rapid particle removal and cooling properties. Its light colour aids visibility of the work piece.
INDY Spark Erosion Fluid is designed for use in finish-cut electrical discharge machining operations. It can also be used for the lubrication of high speed spindles, hydraulic and circulating systems and air line oilers where the appropriate viscosity is recommended.
